I am very pleased with my experience with True Blue Heating and Cooling. When my HVAC system failed and was left without heat this winter. Because I used this company before, I called and asked that they come as soon as possible to diagnose and fix the problem. Mr. Mullis responded quickly and found the old HVAC had failed and not repairable. He suggested great choices for a replacement unit and he was back quickly to replace the system. He and his crew were professional, personable and realistic with respect to the cost for the work performed. I couldn't ask for more and will use them again.
True Blue came to my rescue when I needed it the most. They were very professional adding a personal touch and care. They continued to check on my unit while being serviced and made sure my home was heated before AM left. This company went beyond their call of duty by tracking down my warranty on the unit which gave me a big discount. Thank you True Blue!!!

True blue was extremely helpful getting us squeezed in on a short notice after a week of extreme cold weather and doing maintenance on our heater in a timely matter. Would recommend to anyone needing hvac servicing.
Great service & was great person to work with. Matt was working on house next door to my mother house,. Her system was trying to start but motor would not start. He checked on mother system there was wire loose. He could walked away but he was so concerned that he had to check on her system. I am proud he did her system is working great now.Thanks Matt

UPDATE: My 5 stars still stand from my original review about a year ago. The time had come that I was getting a new unit. They were able to schedule me in a very timely manner and have it installed within a short amount of time from my initial request. Matthew took the time to talk over options of new untis with me and explain a little more about those options. They came today and the install went very smoothly, and made sure to make time to answer any questions that I may have after install. Thanks True Blue Heating and Cooling for another great experience!‐--------------------‐‐-----------------------------------They came over and were very timely and professional. Took the time to look everything over during a yearly tune up call. Gave honest and open feedback about the results they saw. Will definitely be using again in the future for any heating or cooling needs I may have!
True Blue was quick to get one of their servicemen out to get our heat back on-being very cold out. Our service man – Matthew worked diligently to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
Matt came over this morning and gave us excellent customer service and did a quality job. It’s very rare to find companies that treat your home like it’s their own, but that’s how Matt and TrueBlue operate.They also did the install of a brand new unit for us several months ago and did excellent work then as well.Great job guys!

We’ve enrolled in their maintenance plan and are satisfied!James came out on the day our issue arose. He was professional and responded immediately. He took his time and did not force us into any un-needed repairs. He communicated quickly and clearly through text with updates on our parts and appointments.

A/C broke on the hottest day in July! Thank goodness they were available! Casey was able to come out the same day and get it fixed. Everyone was very friendly and made the whole process easy.
