Casey and Matt showed up late into the evening due to issues on previous jobs but were excellent at diagnosing and fixing the A/C problem very quickly. I was impressed, so much so that I asked to get on a maintenance contract immediately.

I would recommend True Blue Heating & Cooling for air conditioning or heating needs! It was super hot summer and our air went out and they were able to replace our old system quickly and at a good fair price. They worked fast and did a great job.

Very pleased with the service provided by Randy! He was on site less than 24 hours after putting in the request, carefully went through our system and made recommendations on repairs or additions, and when we decided to move forward, he scheduled for next day and had everything installed and ready to go in about an hour. We were not happy with our previous HVAC company and wanted to try someone different. We’ll be sticking with True Blue moving forward!

They quoted a price over the phone, stuck to it, showed up 30 minutes prior to their arrival tome, finished the work in less than 90 minutes, and the split unit works great. If you are looking for a very well run business you need to go no further than True Blue Heating and Cooling! They are top notch for service in middle TN!

Update 7/8/24.

We came home last night from a trip to a no cool situation. Called today and someone was out in 3 hours. Great service with quick fix.

11/25/24 - Matt came out today and has us back up from a no heat in less than 20 mins and recommended an enhancement to protect our compressor. All work done in less than an hour and we have heat before company arrives for Thanksgiving! Great company.

True Blue Heating and Cooling went above and beyond to resolve our HVAC issue. We were experiencing an A061_F Blower Fault error, where the motor couldn’t run. Matt quickly diagnosed the problem on the first visit and determined that we needed a new control panel board and blower motor. By the second day, both were installed, and everything was running perfectly!

Matt was exceptional—his communication was clear and professional every step of the way. Brandy was also kind and understanding, following up with me after I missed her call.

The team’s efficiency, expertise, and excellent customer care make them stand out. I highly recommend True Blue Heating and Cooling!

James and his crew are top notch. They don't try and up sell you on stuff you don't need. They are amazing to deal with, and always answer my calls.
