True Blue communicated effectively and was able to diagnose the issue with our AC unit quickly. They repaired it in a timely manner and made the air in our bedrooms cool and awesome. We can't thank them enough. 5 out of 5 always recommend them! Clean and professional everytime.

This install of an entire system could not have been a better experience. I am so happy and the system works so very awesome. I wish I would’ve done this years ago.

Skye, a very polite. professional, and personable young man, performed a seasonal check up on our heating an cooling system this morning. He explained what our systems needs and the priorities of each problem. He also got us set up for a membership for maintenance that works for us. We would like to follow up with him for future work. Casey and Matt showed up late into the evening due to issues on previous jobs but were excellent at diagnosing and fixing the A/C problem very quickly. I was impressed, so much so that I asked to get on a maintenance contract immediately.
Need to mention that a few of my neighbors have had similar experiences with True Blue. I considered honest and very fairly priced. Thanks, guys!

I would recommend True Blue Heating & Cooling for air conditioning or heating needs! It was super hot summer and our air went out and they were able to replace our old system quickly and at a good fair price. They worked fast and did a great job.

Very pleased with the service provided by Randy! He was on site less than 24 hours after putting in the request, carefully went through our system and made recommendations on repairs or additions, and when we decided to move forward, he scheduled for next day and had everything installed and ready to go in about an hour. We were not happy with our previous HVAC company and wanted to try someone different. We’ll be sticking with True Blue moving forward!

We have used True Blue twice now. Both times we were happy with our experience. This time, although an unfortunate diagnosis for an entire new unit, Matt was fantastic! He was helpful, informative, very upfront and made the process seamless and quick to get handled. Very friendly and professional. We will be using them for all future needs!

Highly recommend Casey at True Blue Heating and Cooling. He promptly took my call on a weekend and worked quickly to make sure we had working heat in the house when temps were freezing. He was very kind and patient as well. I appreciate his fast and efficient work ethic.

They quoted a price over the phone, stuck to it, showed up 30 minutes prior to their arrival tome, finished the work in less than 90 minutes, and the split unit works great. If you are looking for a very well run business you need to go no further than True Blue Heating and Cooling! They are top notch for service in middle TN!

We came home last night from a trip to a no cool situation. Called today and someone was out in 3 hours. Great service with quick fix.
11/25/24 - Matt came out today and has us back up from a no heat in less than 20 mins and recommended an enhancement to protect our compressor. All work done in less than an hour and we have heat before company arrives for Thanksgiving! Great company.

True Blue Heating and Cooling went above and beyond to resolve our HVAC issue. We were experiencing an A061_F Blower Fault error, where the motor couldn’t run. Matt quickly diagnosed the problem on the first visit and determined that we needed a new control panel board and blower motor. By the second day, both were installed, and everything was running perfectly!
Matt was exceptional—his communication was clear and professional every step of the way. Brandy was also kind and understanding, following up with me after I missed her call.

James and his crew are top notch. They don't try and up sell you on stuff you don't need. They are amazing to deal with, and always answer my calls. James has done work for me for the past 6 years and I have never had any issues with their work or customer service. True blue goes above and beyond to make sure my family is comfortable year round.
